At Anheuser-Busch, holding multiple divisional director roles, I brought step change margin improvement to the $1B+ supply chain by implementing natural gas-powered trucking trucks, an empty mile eliminating continuous move fleet, and becoming a Shipper of Choice. At 3PD (now GXO Logistics), as the Director of Design & Engineering, I architected 200+ final mile projects while serving as an extended solutions planning team member for multiple Fortune 500 clients. At Serta Simmons, I overhauled logistics procurement and implemented dynamic cube maximization engine while helping to integrate Serta and Simmons operations. At Home Depot, though multiple corporate and regional roles, I created a certified receiving program eliminating 97% of store labor required to receive internal shipments, developed and executed a routine Logistics Operating Review program, and saved millions in shrink by creating an exception-based analytics toolkit.
