ABOUT BILLY ANDERSON

THE SHORT STORYCourage drives Change. I help leaders get out of their comfort zone so they 1) share more ideas, 2) have the hard conversations, and 3) do the scary work. The ultimate goal = we can check a box every night that says \"I\'m proud of who I was today.\"THE LONG STORYAfter beginning an advertising career in London England with Ogilvy & Mather, I transitioned into the world of Leadership Coaching and Speaking. I continue growing by getting out of my comfort zone as much as possible: I have traveled to over 40 countries, jumped out of an airplane exactly 101 times, led over 30 wilderness trips with Outward Bound Canada, led humanitarian projects in Central America and the South Pacific, and I was a contributor to Canada\'s national newspaper, the Globe & Mail. Now I help leaders at The Amenity Collective get out of their comfort zone in order to maximize their fulfillment and results.I also pretend to play guitar and piano.
