   Walt Disney Imagineering is the unique, creative force behind Walt Disney Parks and Resorts that dreams up, designs and builds all Disney theme parks, resorts, attractions, cruise ships, real estate developments, and regional entertainment venues worldwide.(The name “Imagineering” combines the words imagination and engineering.) Building upon the legacy of Walt Disney, Imagineers bring art and science together to turn fantasy into reality and dreams into magic.In my current role, my responsibilities include:• Providing creative leadership for the development of content and guest experience throughout a project life cycle.• Communicating creative intent, vision, and concept of projects to team members, senior executives and other stakeholders.• Providing strategic, creative direction to architectural designers, graphic designers, lighting designers, set decorators, scenic artists, special effects, and others.• Directing media production, music, lighting, in-field audio mix, animated figure performances, and integrated show programming for guest experiences.
