   Nominated a new class of bispecific T-cell engager targets and generated preclinical data to support pipeline entry- Supervised a Scientist on completion of pipeline entry enabling experiments- Collaborated with protein engineering groups to generate preclinical bispecific T-cell engager tool molecules, and IHC reagents- Designed, executed, and analyzed scRNAseq experiments that generated hypotheses for mechanism of action underlying bispecific T-cell engager efficacy- Utilized the Xenium spatial transcriptomic assay to validate scRNAseq findings in-situ- Identified cell types in the tumor microenvironment of patients and preclinical models associated with bispecific T-cell engager response - Developed preclinical bispecific T-cell engager models that utilize fully murine molecules which target endogenously expressed tumor antigens in immunocompetent mice- Led a project that improved the efficacy of bispecific T-cell engagers in solid tumors via combination therapy
