Negotiate and administer complex subcontracts while using discretionary latitude to negotiate financial, contractual, technical terms, conditions, and provisions to establish and maintain major subcontracts. Responsible for executing standard purchasing procedures within an assigned commodity ensuring timely delivery of supplies and materials while being key interface for subcontract administration of major systems and complex components for aircraft production, product upgrade and new program development. Comply with ITAR, FAA, EAR and FAR12 regulations while maintaining supplier relationships. Execute and document purchasing processes from RFQ to bidding process through to the issuance of purchase orders. Work cross functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Planning communicating any issues back to suppliers. Assist suppliers in approval or disapproval of any and all process changes. Assist and provide support/direction for Level I & II Buyers
