This includes:\\\\n- Owning the customer interface for delivery of product to the Europrop International consortium (a European joint venture delivering the TP400 Engine to Airbus Defence & Space).\\\\n- Setting and delivering key financial commitments (Cost, Revenue, Profit & Cash).\\\\n- Oversight of Rolls Royce manufacturing operations, supply chain management & engineering activities.\\\\n- Managing the long term financial health of the TP400 Production programme.\\\\n- Developing and delivering strategic change to optimise the programme.\\\\n- Supporting Win Business campaigns with new customers.\\\\n- Led cross functional teams to deliver quality & lead time improvements in operations and the supply chain.\\\\n- Demonstrated working appreciation of Customs & Export Control requirements and managing change in this field.\\\\n\\\\nKey Achievements:\\\\n- Increased Module output rate by 200% from 2021 to 2022.\\\\n- Decreased production arrears from 9 months to \"On Time\" delivery.\\\\n\\\\nThe above were achieved through leading a series of engineering improvement projects, undertaking targeted supply chain intervention, the implementation of surge operational capacity and the brokerage of support from key skilled resource groups.
