Health Center is 5-Star rated and specializes in Post-Acute care, Memory care and traditional long-term care. Independent Living offers both rental and Entrance Fee units at Fellowship Manor, all with scenic views of Thames River. Thames Edge consists of 40 EF cottage/homes with modern amenities set about our campus. Fairview’s 200 staff member team provides services to all rehab patients, long-term care residents and independent living campus residents. The health center has an outstanding operations team focused on outcomes and patient satisfaction. The organization was established in 1892 providing generations of compassionate care to thousands of individuals. Affiliated with the Odd Fellows of CT our core values of friendship, love and truth are timeless and never go out of style. Leadership recognizes the important contribution of each unique individual while drawing upon our collective efforts to achieve more together than we could on our own.
