Escalate to co-engineers, lead engineer for additional support- Oversee ADDER KVM computer network including transmitters, receivers, and AIM server - Perform regular oversight and maintenance into the ISAAC system, used to monitor various devices in deployment throughout the pier, including projectors, monitors, computers, sensors and network connectivity- Perform network patches as necessary for live events that necessitate specific network connectivity to specific areas of the event spaces - Participate in daily meetings with the AV Engineering team to plan ahead for upcoming events, obtain tasks to troubleshoot, and find creative and practical solutions to problems- Maintain Synology NAS in use by the multimedia team for transferring large files, archiving, and access to large amounts of storage for various client needs - Resolve file sharing connectivity issues on the SMB protocol that allows files from editing computers to be shared with experiential media servers over the network - Set up, troubleshoot and maintain PerfectCue wireless audio and visual cueing systems, including transmitters, receivers, and connectivity to computers presenting slide decks - Provide direction and support for using Stream Deck and Bitfocus Companion to control multiple machines at once running Millumin for media playback, including providing long-term solutions to workflow integration issues- Deploy mobile devices, including tablets, speakers, and smart devices when requested
