   With over 14 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, I bring extensive expertise in tactical operations, criminal investigations, leadership, and advanced training methodologies. I’ve spent over a decade on a SWAT team, currently serving as the Assistant SWAT Commander and formerly as Team Leader and Training Coordinator.In my current role as an Investigator, I conduct complex investigations while continuing to train and lead officers in tactical operations and firearms instruction. I’m also a State and Nationally Certified Emergency Medical Responder (EMR).Driven by a passion for public safety and professional development, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, mentoring fellow officers, and instructing on firearms, tactics, and safety protocols. This experience has shaped a leadership style focused on readiness, accountability, and the continuous pursuit of excellence in law enforcement.
