I am the Delivery Team Lead servicing the key accounts at Claremont Consulting which can range from fast-growing start-ups to global organisations. Positions vary across Software, Data and Digital located in the U.K or Europe and it is my job to introduce qualified candidates. Additionally, I manage the candidate journey through the recruitment process ensuring they are kept informed of feedback, prepared for interviews and are being represented correctly in the market.
