I have been working in the tire and maintenance industry for over 25 years, and I am currently the Vice President of Sales USA at Zhongce Rubber Group, one of the largest tire manufacturers in the world. My core competencies include national sales management, new business development, intermodal network maintenance, and customer relationship management. I am passionate about the tire industry and its innovation, and I am always eager to learn and improve my skills and knowledge.As the VP of Sales USA, I lead the business development, market expansion, and customer retention strategies for the region, working with a diverse and talented team of professionals. I have established and maintained long-term partnerships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers, and secured multiple large contracts and deals. I have also leveraged my expertise in CRM to identify and pursue new opportunities, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, I was the President of Shoreline Insurance Group and Premier Tire Distributors, where I managed the operations, sales, and finance of these companies, and grew their revenue and market share significantly.
