   GIS Benefits is the largest ancillary employee benefits general agent in the country providing valuable resources to employee benefit consultants, employer groups, and insurance carriers. GIS services include, but are not limited to: Marketing: GIS quotes, negotiates, and spreadsheets the ancillary lines of coverage. GIS has preferential pricing and underwriting agreements with many of our carrier partners. GIS will facilitate block pricing strategies with preferred carriers making the marketing process even more efficient. Enrollment (self-service): GIS has 4 technology platforms for web-based enrollment. GIS builds, tests, and launches the site for open enrollment events. For groups that don’t want web-based enrollment, GIS provides personalized pre-populated PDF enrollment forms where all products are consolidated on one enrollment form. Enrollment (enrollment firm): GIS Benefits works closely with our in-house enrollment arm, GIS Communications, and other 3rd party enrollment entities to provide a top-notch enrollment experience for employees. This strategy includes pre-enrollment communication, Call Center support, and 1:1 appointments with benefit coaches. Ongoing Administration: GIS’s technology platforms can remain open after enrollment for ongoing benefit administration use by HR. This provides HR a single point of data entry, feeding eligibility updates to ancillary and medical carriers. Consolidated Billing: GIS creates a single consolidated ancillary bill containing multiple ancillary carriers’ products. Ex-Pat Medical: GIS provides resources and expertise to properly insure employees deployed overseas.
