I worked as a member of the FP & A team at a SaaS finance software company, I supported revenue accuracy and recurring revenue integrity by auditing customer invoices against contractual pricing structures and internal billing trackers. I conducted detailed root-cause analysis on billing discrepancies, reviewing contracts, pricing models, and system inputs to identify issues impacting ARR.Working cross-functionally with FP & A, operations, and billing teams, I helped drive clear communication and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring errors. Through proactive analysis and issue resolution, I identified and corrected over $2M in billing discrepancies across hundreds of clients, directly strengthening ARR integrity and reducing revenue leakage.
