I’m the CEO and Managing Partner of IPTA, where we help U.S. federal agencies modernize through technology—spanning IT, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and emerging AI‑enabled solutions. Our work supports mission‑critical organizations across the Department of Defense, Army Futures Command, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.I’ve spent more than 20 years building and leading IPTA through growth, transformation, and uncertainty. Along the way, I’ve learned that AI isn’t just a technology shift—it’s a leadership test. The real challenge isn’t the tools; it’s governance, trust, ethics, and building teams that can adapt, experiment, and learn fast without losing sight of the mission.Before IPTA, I served as a U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, working in federal acquisition and program management. That experience shaped how I lead today: clear accountability, disciplined execution, and people first—always tied to purpose.I’m also the founder of Failing Daily, a leadership and entrepreneurship platform built on a simple idea: progress comes from learning faster than you fail.
