About Bill Whyte

As the Vice President of Field Excellence Development & Operations (FEDO) for Janssen North America, I lead the continued evolution of Janssen’s field-based strategies, tools, training, and operations. In my role, I integrate our field deployment strategies, sales operations, incentive compensation, business operations, field leadership development, and value excellence across all of Janssen’s U.S. businesses.I have an extensive professional career within Janssen with more than 25 years of broad commercial experience. Prior to leading the FEDO, I held several roles with increasingly more responsibilities, including Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Business Solutions, and led as a National Sales Director across several Janssen U.S, such as Oncology and Infectious disease, helping them drive success across their product portfolios. In addition to my role at Janssen, I sit on the Janssen Commercial Leadership Board and serve as the Chair of Janssen’s DE & I Council to drive meaningful change across our business and address the health inequities impacting the many diverse communities we serve. Outside of my role at Janssen, I am a board member of the Trenton Kappa Foundation and the New Jersey Tennis & Learning Foundation, relentlessly focusing on improving the lives of children in disadvantaged socioeconomic environments.
