I aquire, develop and entitle land for single and multifamily residential developments. I represent buyers and sellers in real estate in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. In the past 20 years I have sold over $150 Million in Real Estate and am a member of RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2008 Ranked #3 in NC/SC among Individual RE/MAX Agents and #6 in 2007. Currently my Borkerage is Exp Realty and I am a principal in some projects and a broker in others. My mother was a broker and my brother is a BIC at Keller Williams in Wilmington, NC. I learn every day.
