   Web-Based Training Technical Lead/Consultant at CATHEXIS working with the Department of Veterans Affairs - Transition and Economic Development Specialized Support Services / Outreach, Transition and Economic Development (OTED) department• My primary duty was to provide expertise and technical assistance in Articulate Storyline 360 to all Instructional Systems Designers on the team.• I edited and updated the Storyline Development Handbook which documented our online course development standards to provide consistency across the team and to prevent items that would cause errors in the Transition Online Learning (TOL) Learning Management System (LMS).• I was able to successfully prove my expertise by removing errors that were displaying in the required Benefits and Services online six-module course in the VA\'s TOL LMS.• I reviewed each Storyline course and used Review 360 and an internal testing spreadsheet to document required edits.• I was in charge of the monthly course testing/quarterly testing of live courses, testing for broken links in iPGs and ORGs.
