I am a hybrid of complimentary human and AI centered disciplines, focused on solving mission-driven problems holistically and motivating teams to accomplish the impossible.With two decades of Design, Engineering, Sales, Partnership, and Senior Leadership roles, I approach problems differently than most — armed with the knowledge of what is technically possible on both the front and back end, I alleviate the \"throw it over the wall\" churn by collaborating with my team to create technically sound, intuitive user experiences, optimized to the user\'s mission.From large organizations to startups, leading teams to running my own shop, I\'ve continued to stay on the bleeding edge of both design, development, and leadership year after year.I continue to believe that we can leave the world better than we found it through empathy, technological advancements, and servant leadership to achieve our maximum greatness in our professional lives.
