Being in the industry for over three decades brings a lot of experience. Experience in representing both buyers and sellers in all kinds of markets. With every transaction, there is a unique set of challenges. The more experience an agent has, the more likely those challenges would have been faced and overcome in past sales. I price myself on helping to navigate those challenges to the best possible outcome for my clients. My experience as past president of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS also brings a unique set of skills to the table. I was fortunate to help guide our agent population through a very challenging year, with both market challenges and Covid challenges.
