About Bill Selvey

More than 25 years of strategic physician recruitment experience and responsible for the recruitment of more than 300 physicians and physician executives. Extensive knowledge of physician compensation models, employment contracts and physician credentialing. Prior to establishing WilliamLane, Inc in January 2002, I spent seven years as the Director of Physician Recruitment for Children\'s Healthcare of Atlanta, formerly Scottish Rite Children\'s Medical Center and Henrietta Egleston Hospital for Children. In this role, I implemented the internal physician recruitment function and had oversight and responsibility for all activities related to physician recruitment, compensation, benefits, and credentialing for the more than 200 employed physicians. As a member of the Physician Compensation Committee, I was also instrumental in the designing and reviewing the compensation models for all employed physicians, which included primary care and pediatric subspecialists.
