    Product owner for AT & T Premium mobile App services including AT & T Location and Parental Controls Service hosted on AWS cloud. Responsible for overall business including product roadmap, requirements, UI/UX, market analysis, go to market planning, lifecycle management, and working closely with development, UX and Marcom teams- Led V1 product from concept to launch under an Agile development program. Subscriber base exceeded its predecessor by 25% in the first 3 months after launch, while reducing annual platform support costs by over $5M/year- Lifecycle responsibilities included keeping legacy App platform relevant. Grew year/year free trial to paid subscriber conversion rate 42%, grew Active subscribers by 43% while reducing subscriber churn by 36%- Using a fresh pair of eyes extended the target market into a new customer segment with new features tailored to the new demographic driving new sources of revenue. Improved App user rating (net promoter score) by 20 basis points- Established best in class business discipline by developing KPI reporting metrics and visualization tools to track product success. Routinely brief executive leadership on program status- Cross-functional leader collaborating with Technical Project Managers, Mobile App Developers, UI/UX designers, Architects, Test, Marcom, Customer Care, Legal, Finance and OEMs to preload Apps on mobile phones as a premium service offering- Lead iOS and Android updates on App Storefronts.
