Manage a $1.5B global commercial real estate portfolio for UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune #5 company. Oversee a 37MSF portfolio and provide leadership to a team of 650 employees across 9 countries and 3 global regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Support the development of corporate and business unit capital plans, conduct lease vs. buy analysis on new and existing assets, develop benchmarking and metrics to drive footprint optimization, and leverage external providers to proactively assess buy vs. build options. Build and lead a high-performing global real estate team.Key Accomplishments Led the largest outsourcing transformation in commercial real estate industry history, achieving 100% of key milestones, including hiring 650 employees globally and launching a suite of 15 integrated real estate technologies. Achieved $20M+ in annual operating savings by leveraging analytical insights to reduce property square footage and driving a series of strategic and tactical cost-reduction initiatives. Spearheaded the integration of 10M+ square feet of newly acquired properties through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Won the CBRE Sustainability Excellence Award, Healthcare Sector in 2023 for net-zero strategy development.
