Responsibilities include:Maintaining detailed knowledge of functionality and detailed workings of the Mosaic product suite.Creating and maintaining an excellent level of customer interaction and communication beyond any project life cycle.Analysing, understanding and documenting customers business requirements and translating them to Mosaic processes in functional specifications.Write or provide guidance to internal teams for SQL PL/SQL configuration scripts that deliver a customer\'s specific configuration.Project manage and/ or overseeing the configuration, installation, upgrading, testing and troubleshooting of Mosaic installations and integration to automation hardware.Develop, deliver or oversee customer training.Provide guidance or support to customer data migration to Mosaic systems.Provide support to the Sales team as a Titian product expert.Work with senior personnel to assist in the planning and assignment of work for business and technical consultants.As a Team Leader, provide parochial and technical support to team members.Provide ongoing input to internal processes and documentation to improve both product and company business processes.
