Based in the United States but working with numerous militaries and governments worldwide. At the helm of this company my highlights have included: • Providing and developing training as a subject matter expert (SME) in Honor Guard, Drill Team, Drill & Ceremonies, Military Customs & Courtesies, Leadership, Funerals, Line of Duty Deaths, protocol, and Event Security. • Training that I have developed has helped to produce well over 100 National, International, and World Championships. • Responsible for 200+ training missions annually, occurring across the globe. • Provided training to participants over the last decade. • Experience organizing & executing \'hands-on\' week long resident and commuter training events for as many as 850 participants. • Experience hosting and operating conferences and competitions for over participants. • Creating effective custom hands-on leadership seminars for government agencies & departments. • Consulting, developing, and implementing security and safety procedures for national level ceremonial and funeral missions. • Trusted by nearly 20 different countries with training their most elite ceremonial guards/units. • Extensive experience working with foreign governments and through interpreters. • Developed numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocol for ceremonial units worldwide.
