   As TBG’s third president, Bill brings over 30 years of experience guiding the firm’s growth and evolution. Since joining in 1995, he has held key leadership roles, including Managing Principal of the Houston office and Director of Strategic Planning. His leadership style is rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and long-term vision helping teams thrive while advancing the impact of landscape architecture. He remains actively engaged in the profession through leadership roles with Scenic Houston, the American Society of Landscape Architects, and the Urban Land Institute.
