ABOUT BILL NG

A GCDF with 7+ years of working experience in higher education, event management, administration and career development. Bill has planned and led multiple major school events over the past years and successfully secured HK$12M (CA$2M) government grants for the Employability Services Office at PolyU CPCE with proposals on funding projects. Some highlights include: • As an Assistant Career Development Officer at PolyU CPCE- Prepared students for the workplace and connect them with employers - Led key school events such as Career Fair, Annual Forums and Talent Development Programmes- Secured over HK$12M funding on different projects from the government and led key school surveys such as Graduate Employment Survey - Managed a team of 3 administrative assistants and 10+ part-time assistants • As a Project Coordinator at HKU Space, Developed workshop content for a course on Presentation Skills, managed the promotion and taught in the workshop which engaged with a class of 20+ students. • As an intern at Crossroads Foundation, coordinated a team of 10 volunteers and supported in a fund raising campaign. Bill is always passionate about opportunities to unleash his creativity and organisational skills especially on events, student development, field education and proposal writing in the post-secondary education sector.
