About William McFadden
30+ years of materials and manufacturing experience in silicone, plastics and electronics within various industries, including; Medical Device, Pharma, Diagnostics, Packaging, Automotive, Consumer, Military. My corporate experience in technical sales, sales management and executive management, through hundreds of product launches, has given me the know how to support and optimize communications between design, engineering and production teams to reduce lead time to market and lead a successful product launch initiative through to production. have also co-invented and patented a novel one component method for mounting a cymbal on a cymbal stand for drum sets. Trademarked as No Nuts, we have eliminated the need to lock down the cymbal with a wing nut while supporting the cymbal on the stand in one simple molded component.
