William is a Senior Project Manager with Becht Engineering BT, Inc. and has more than 20-years of experience as a property manager, serving condominium associations in South Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. William has been active with the New England Chapter of CAI as a past member of the Manager Committee and has co-taught the M-100 course for CAI National and the Leadership Course for CAI-NE.
