I am the CEO of CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, Pennsylvania’s number One Century 21 firm, and CEO of SMMI. a Social Media Education provider and was the lead author in the 2010 & 2015 rewrites of e-Pro, NAR\'s technology certification, and winner of the REEA Award for the best educational program of the year. To promote awareness of trends and technology, I developed the TechEdge event for NAR.I am an investor and mentor to proptech and fintech startups directly and through VCs in that space. I have spoken on Real Estate topics, Social Media, and technology to numerous organizations in the U.S, Canada, Dubai, and the U.K. I connect real-world business experience with the practical use of technology to make complex things simple and am a popular and in-demand speaker at conventions & meetings in the US and overseas. I have trained as a Pro Standards Instructor, DRS Mediator, Certified Mediator Trainer, e-Pro Trainer C-RETS, and CRB Instructor. I currently serve as the Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and as a director on the Boards of the two largest Multiple Listing Systems in the US. In 2023 I will serve as the MLS and Data Management Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS. I have served numerous times as a director of PAR, President of GPAR, and Professional Standards Chairman of PAR and was chairman OF NAR\'s Pro Standards, Interpretations & Procedures Advisory Board, MLS Issues & Policy, MLS Emerging Trends & Technology Advisory Board, Risk Management, and Data Strategies Committees. As an Expert in the field of Organizational REO, I represent several large national lenders, including Fannie Mae, Homesteps (Freddie Mac), & others. I have trained & spoken Nationally on Foreclosures & Short Sales, leading the Short Sales Working Group for the National Association of REALTORS.I have received numerous awards from professional real estate organizations and was inducted into the REALTORS Hall of Fame.Specialties: International Speaker, Trainer, and Consultant, CRB Instructor, experienced in single and multi-author Blogs and the use of technology in business and online marketing strategies.
