As CEO of American Pacific Mortgage, Bill oversees all strategic initiatives, credit/risk, capital markets, branch networks, and the overall financial performance of the company. Under Bill\'s leadership and with the support of the APM executive team, APM is now licensed in 49 states and the District of Columbia. The company also reached an all-time funding record of $22+ billion—making APM one of the largest independent mortgage banks in the country.Bill is also an active voice and advocate when it comes to industry change and regulatory reform. Bill served as the chairman of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals in 2020/21 and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Freddie Mac Individual Mortgage Bankers Advisory Board.
