Former CEO/CFO & board member of FileTek, a leading provider of intelligent data management. FileTek acquired a healthcare information systems business unit from a public company in 2003, which was later spun off to Centennial, an affiliated company, in 2008. Acquired Trusted Edge in 2007. Sold the FileTek business to Silicon Graphics International (NASDAQ: SGI) in 2013.Former EVP & CFO of Centennial, a specialized financial services company, with a current focus on systems integration and support for healthcare information systems.
