Since 2003, myHRdept have provided HR services to employers on a retained or one-off basis. Our ongoing HR services (with no multi-year contracts) provide HR compliance, HR admin, case management & employment legal support, but we also supply one-off HR support solutions, and large blue chip employers draw on our employee relations and employment legal expertise to supplement their own HR teams. Customers choose us because they want that personal touch that others can’t offer. Clients span sectors, from cafes to space technology, and everything in the middle. What binds them, whether they be businesses; charities or not for profits, is that they all employ people. Some of the things we\'ve dealt with and continue to support: • All employment law matters • Disciplinary investigations/hearings (including sensitive Board level cases in listed businesses) • HR and employment law compliance & audits • Grievances • Settlement Agreements • Employment contracts: self-employed, zero hours contracts, NED appointment letters, Directors Service Level Agreements (we create bespoke templates for clients and administer these for new hires) • Staff handbooks and HR policies • DBS checks • Confidential Information & restrictive covenants • Achieving contractual change (consultation and termination/reengagement, known as ‘fire and rehire’ • HR Information Systems (we’re a gold partner for a leading SME software package with excellent absence and holiday functionality) • Mediation (we have an in-house ACAS trained mediator) • Absence management (we retain the services of an occupational health specialist) • Redundancy and restructuring • TUPE transfers inbound and outbound • Discrimination cases (and training) • Family friendly rights & maternity leave administration (and policies) • Employment Tribunal claims and responses (we’ll prepare ET3s and normally attend pre-hearings, we also have excellent relationships with Chambers for advocacy work) • Gaining sponsorship licenses.
