Bill personally entered into the real estate industry at the young age of only 19. With decades invested in real estate law, ethics, and contract negotiations, Bill brings a level of experienced unmatched by other agents in the business. He is often times described as a straight shooter and problem solver. His ability to listen and understand his client’s needs has allowed him to build solid relationships, which explains why he has grown his business mostly by referrals and repeat clients. Concern for the customer, not the commission, is a business philosophy Bill lives by every day, and he believes that how you are represented really does matter. He has put together a group of professionals that share in his desire to bring real estate to a higher level and provide the ultimate team experience. Their two daughters are now grown with successful careers and families of their own but they still look forward to coming home every Sunday for a home cooked meal.
