The core mission to create systems that help buildings run more efficiently and more comfortably remain Encon’s guiding principles. Encon services industrial and commercial buildings, including Class A office buildings, schools, factories, surgical and medical facilities, as well as highly sophisticated clean rooms requiring special atmospheric conditions. Our solutions and holistic approach improve employee comfort and morale while lowering operating costs, saving owners thousands of dollars in the long run.

William \"Bill\" Eric Indursky is an art historian, curator, digital archivist, designer and HVAC estimator.Bill lectured regularly on trends around the country, including High Point Furniture Market, the largest furniture show in the world. He has guest appeared on HGTV’s Real Designing Women with celebrity designer Lori Dennis.As a designer, Bill’s own apartment has been honored on three Top 10 lists on Apartment Therapy (Best Small Space, Best Apartment 2010, Best Spaces NYC) and was the first home tour to appear on the Huffington Post real estate section.As a digital entrepreneur, Bill founded web-based art information site Fine Art Database (20••••24), EmilCarlsen.org, the world\'s most complete and built out single artist online archive (2013-today), the luxury design online lifestyle magazine Design Life Network (20••••17), created V&M (Vintage and Modern)(20••••13) one of the largest vintage, antique, and design sites on the web and FLASHcap Interactive (19••••08) an award winning New York City digital interactive agency with clients including SONY, Panasonic, Popular Photography & Imaging Magazine, Adobe, American PHOTO Magazine, Canon, Sound & Vision Magazine, Ford Motor Company, Kodak, as well as 175 others.Before moving to digital, Bill worked in the fashion industry for companies Liz Claiborne and J. Crew.Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, OH.
