The Family Child Care Alliance of Maryland is a staffed family child care network devoted to supporting family child care (FCC) providers across the state. Our primary focus is our ASPIRE PreK program, an intensive, three-year program designed to help eligible FCC providers create state-funded, high quality PreK programs within their FCC businesses. In three years since its inception, the ASPIRE PreK program has helped start PreK programs in 75% of Maryland\'s counties.
