Responsible for leading Design Group’s Strategic Talent Acquisition recruiting efforts by first partnering with executive leadership to understand the firm’s key leadership recruiting needs in each market sector, and then developing and executing strategies to bring in senior-level hires in support of the firm’s growth goals. This role requires the development, management, and delivery of a “best in class” approach to creatively sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent for Design Group and maintaining a pipeline of top industry talent. Responsibilities • Serve as a true business partner and talent acquisition advisor/consultant to Design Group Executive Team, Market Sector Leaders, Regional Managing Partners, and Practice Leaders in understanding and delivering on strategic business needs and strategic recruiting priorities • Lead a team of Strategic Sourcing professionals to ensure a pipeline of senior talent • Develop tools, sources, recruiting tactics, and team structure, to ensure a national focus on connecting with and attracting strategic talent • Manage firm-wide list of key strategic hires & provide regular status updates to Executive Team • Design a best-in-class candidate experience for strategic hires and define plan/resources needed to implement • Advise senior leadership on best practices regarding candidate experience for senior-level hires
