   Bill has over 25 years combined industry, assurance and consulting experience. He serves as PwC’s Global Shared Services & Outsourcing Advisory Leader. He has applied his skills in a wide range of industries, advising multi-national strategic clients in complex transactions and transformations in support of their efforts to improve performance and structure their organizations for growth opportunities. Bill’s experience includes advising clients on transforming back-office operations, with a focus on finance, including strategic and tactical improvements to organizational structures, the corresponding business processes and the use of supporting digital technologies. Bill’s M&A experience includes advising clients on pre and post-deal integration and separation planning, as well as tactical remediation of corresponding business processes and systems. Bill has broad experience across all back-office functions, with deep experience in financial process and organizational design. Bill has spent more than a decade supporting the design and transition of activities to captive shared service centers or outsource providers. He has led numerous global projects through the strategic assessment, operational design and implementation phases, focused on all aspects of achieving an optimal target operating model.
