Over the past five years, my journey has been immersed in the dynamic realm of web3, fostering continuous learning and personal growth. My trajectory has led me to rapidly evolve into a versatile full-stack developer, an essential requirement in the startup landscape where adaptability is key. While my primary expertise lies in FrontEnd development, I\'ve also delved into crafting custom Node/Express backend systems and ventured into Smart Contract programming with Solidity.During my tenure at Moralis, I spearheaded an open-source web3 project that predates mainstream solutions like Magic Link and Rainbow kit, serving as a streamlined crypto wallet authentication solution. As a leader, I orchestrated the development of three iterations of the Moralis SASS UI, managing and mentoring a team that transformed from basic JavaScript proficiency to highly skilled frontend developers capable of cross-team collaboration. I introduced a systematic software development approach, fostering agile solutions that were not only swift but also sustainable and bug-free.A significant managerial endeavor involved shaping a semi-Agile workflow tailored to the company\'s culture, ensuring reliable and predictable feature delivery. Subsequently, I contributed to the inception and rapid success of Moralis Money, a venture originating from a hackathon, which swiftly generated millions in recurring revenue. Leveraging Next.js for server-side rendering, we enhanced app SEO and efficiency.My collaboration with a skilled designer culminated in the creation of the Moralis UI package, a feat achieved through Typescript, Storybook, and React Testing Library. This initiative transformed every team member into a full-stack developer by facilitating seamless frontend copy-pasting. Our custom-built Figma plugin maintained synchronization between design and production, facilitating swift transitions from concept to implementation.Beyond technical expertise, my presentation and communication skills, combined with a positive and energetic presence, make me a valuable asset to any team. Recognized for fostering a positive work environment, I prioritize creating \'good days\' as a top agenda item. Proficient in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I excel in establishing and maintaining open, positive relationships within teams.Outside of work, I am also a big fan of video games, anime, MCU and most SciFi. so nerding out over a coffee at lunch is a must in my life.
