At Change Realty, we offer the same full service of a traditional brokerage, but only charge a 1% listing fee. THIS IS NOT A DISCOUNT BROKERAGE. We have simply changed the pricing structure on the seller\'s side, for the commissions paid when a homeowner sells their house.
