Serving as the internal champion for Gordian customers, continuously improving the end-to-end consumer experience. Responsible for building a full customer experience strategy and continue to grow a customer-focused culture. This includes managing existing Customer Support and Success teams, while building out customer marketing campaigns and initiatives. This key role will develop and manage processes that achieve the highest level of customer utilization, satisfaction and retention. Gordian is the world’s leading provider of facility and construction cost data, software and services for all phases of the building lifecycle. A pioneer of Job Order Contracting (JOC), Gordian’s offerings also include our proprietary RSMeans data and Sightlines Facility Intelligence solutions. From planning to design, procurement, construction and operations, Gordian’s solutions help clients maximize efficiency, optimize cost savings and increase building quality.
