Bucking the norm making delicious, down-to-earth natural wines you can really drink. Rooted in the adventure days of 60s-70s Napa Valley, Billy D. remembers the best of times and looks to the future. Old school new. Returning to grapes like Chenin Blanc, Carignan, Napa Gamay (Valdiguie), French Colombard, and Barbera for the pure enjoyment of it. Making brisk and delish wines we just want to drink ourselves. Previously created more ventures in wine, food and hospitality. Expertise in sales & distribution, marketing, branding, promotion and start-ups. Career spans US with assignments in Napa Valley, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and more. Built and grew businesses as Director of Sales and Marketing for Schramsberg Vineyards & Cellars, Managing Partner in Davies & Gamble, Owner of \'The Farm,\' and other ventures. Currently serving on Board of Directors of Schramsberg, past experience as Business Development Consultant for AGR Partners, and as Lecturer in Wine & Viticulture at Cal Poly. Earned MBA at UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
