Managed the ongoing operations of the M.S. in Project Management, M.S. in Information Technology, M.S. in IT Project Management, and the Graduate Certificate in Project Management. Key responsibilities included hiring and evaluating faculty and staff, scheduling courses, advising students, assessing student learning outcomes, and marketing. • Expanded the program offerings by creating and establishing the Graduate Certificate and the M.S. in IT Project Management. Successfully shepherded the process, including approvals from university committees and leadership, the Minnesota Department of Education, the US Department of Homeland Security, and the Higher Learning Commission. • Led the reaffirmation of accreditation with the Project Management Institution Global Accreditation Center. The two-year project involved writing a 300-page self-evaluation report and a three-day site visit with university leadership, students, alumni, faculty, the business advisory board, and the accreditation site team. The program received the maximum possible accreditation period because it exceeded the accreditors\' standards. • Revised the program curriculum, integrating the new primary source, the 6th and 7th editions of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide. This process involved analyzing and revising the program description, learning outcomes, course curriculum, and course content for 12 graduate-level courses. • Developed and delivered nine project management courses, including foundation, planning, quality, risk, performance, procurement, leadership, strategic value, and capstone. • Appointed to the Teaching Fellows in recognition of my outstanding teaching ability and creative innovations in the classroom.
