Focused on the energy industry, he combines his deep experience across retail C&I, marketing, risk, credit, scheduling, settlement and accounting with technology expertise in CRM, E/CTRM, ERP to deliver leading solutions for his clients.He specializes in helping clients build a long-term technology vision for their company, aligned to their business goals. Utilizing a business case approach, he seeks to understand the client’s drivers, creates a technology roadmap, and defines the expected return on investment. He works with clients to understand:• Am I spending too much on my technology platform? Too little?• How do we maximize the return on our platform investment?• Have we selected the right technology for our business model?After establishing the strategy, he also assists with assessment, selection, prioritization and implementation of the vision.Recently, he has focused on deploying Salesforce solutions for his energy clients and he is excited about the platform’s potential to enable companies to re-imagine their business models and create 360° view of their producers, suppliers, refiners, partners, brokers and customers. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids skiing, watching soccer/dance recitals and golfing.
