   As an AVP Tech, I was responsible for mentoring team members in best practices for Test Automation. The Java-based framework supported both API and UI testing of the ClientWorks application. Additionally, I provided support to two teams throughout scrum ceremonies, including participating in PI planning, story refinement, and retrospectives. Test Automation code was maintained in a GitHub repository, where our team conducted peer reviews of pull requests and qTest test cases. We also carried out day-of-delivery testing. My other responsibilities included reviewing and approving change requests, participating in interviews, and delivering comprehensive testing metrics.
