About Bill Brooks

Most of my career has been in public policy analysis at both the federal and state level levels with both legislative and executive branches of government. Recognized as one of the top 50 lobbyists in North Carolina four times, I have worked with members of Congress, state legislators, stakeholders, donors, coalitions, the media and other lobbyists on a wide variety of legislative and regulatory issues. I have engaged in coalition building in key areas of education policy, economic policy and social policy. Solving problems and increasing organizational efficiency have also been an important part of my workplace experience.
