1. Senior Associate Sr Project Manager

   Apr 2001 — Present

   Project Manager on multiple on-call design and planning teams at BWI, DCA, IAD, MTN airports.Architecture PM on new 5 Gate A/B BHS & Connector ($340M) addition,(with JACOBS). Architecture PM on 5 Gate A Terminal ($50M) expansion which included innovative Retail layout and Restroom improvements,(with PB). PM on PHL Terminal F expansion ($145M). Our \'Hub\' design approach has improved customer service and greatly increased revenues. The Bag Claim was the first LEED gold project by DOA at PHL and won an AIA Honor award. Airport\'s Program Manager for BWI original Terminal A-B ($220M). Included coordination with all Stakeholders, including TSA and the bonding agency. Assistance with retail developer RFP, design reviews and coordination of the highly successful retail program. Architectural Program Manager for BWI\'s $1.8B expansion (with JMT). In-house BWI staff assignments included; Acting Chief Architect and Engineering PM (simultaneously directing 30+ projects).
