About Bill Wright

I am a commercial real estate broker at CBRE, Inc. in West Des Moines and have been in commercial real estate sales for 33 years. My primary focus has been the sale and leasing of office and retail properties in Iowa. My real estate practice include both tenant representation and landlord agency work. I help lead a 4-peson team that includes Chris Pendroy, Grant Wright, and Dakota Little.Outside of the office, my activities currently include board work with the Iowa Center of Economic Success, church activities, pickleball, and golf. I am married to my wonderful wife Maribeth residing in Norwalk, IA. We have three children, including Grant (married to Christine and works with me at CBRE), Jackson (3rd grade special education teacher in the Des Moines Public Schools), and Kennedi (married to Caleb and a former teacher that is now going back to school to get her Masters). I have two grandsons - Graham (Grant and Christine parents) and Colson (Kennedi and Caleb parents).
