In his current role, he is responsible for developing and delivering business solutions to enhance the organizational effectiveness, business performance, and success of agricultural cooperatives. Bill also provides merger, acquisition, and business investment advisory services.With 35 years of experience in the food, agribusiness, and cooperative industry, as well as governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking and finance, and strategic planning, Bill knows that a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business strategy, opportunities, and challenges are essential to the design and delivery of effective business solutions.In his current position, Bill is most proud of his leadership role in forming FCC Service’s first governance and leadership development programs (the Advanced Governance Series and the Leadership Development Program) in a new market: agricultural cooperatives. He personal philosophy is to “be proactive and collaborative, and great things will happen.”Outside of FCC Services events, Bill is available for speaking engagements in the following areas of expertise: governance effectiveness, strategic planning, merger and acquisition analysis, financial strategy for agricultural cooperatives, and reputational risk management.
