About Bill Wigutow
Elias Diamond Cutting, Inc. was established in 1962 in Miami, FL. We are the original diamond manufacturing company in Miami. For over 60 years we have been supplying the trade (stores and dealers) with diamond cutting as well as fine finished diamonds. In 2003 we opened our first store and expanded our services to also include jewelry, watches, appraisal services and fine collectibles. I am a G.I.A. Graduate Gemologist and a second generation diamond cutter. I provide appraisal services for insurance purposes as well as working with attorneys for estate or divorce purposes (fair market value).
