About Bill Whaley

Been working in the multifamily and residential construction industry for over 20 years now. Started working for a Nortex Engineering in the mid 90\'s as the director of engineering services establishing design guidelines and standards for the firm in wood and steel framing design as well as post tension foundation and elevated slab designs in AutoCAD. I decided in early 2002 to Move on from there to work with Western Rim Development as a project manager and estimator working on lots of multifamily projects ranging from 200 units to over 500 units both new construction and rehab (Projects ranged between $2million to $45million) as well as a wide range of single family custom homes that ranged from $400k to $750k. I have spent the last few years working for National Framing & Construction doing framing, drywall, roofing and interior trim that I have enjoyed very much. I enjoy very much working in the multifamily and commercial industry and get a genuine high and being involved and meeting new people around the country.
